Data collected
Through the quote form: customer type (private or business), what needs cleaning, postcode and town, description of your request, photos you choose to add, name, e-mail address and phone (optional).
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used only to answer your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and your consent).
Photos
Photos are resized and stripped of their metadata (including location data) before being sent by e-mail. They are never published.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted at the latest 12 months after the last contact. Contract-related data is kept for the legal retention periods.
Recipients
Your data is never sold or shared. It is sent by e-mail to ALL CLEAN SERVICES and its e-mail service provider, only to process your request.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@allcleanservices.lu. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (cnpd.public.lu).
